From humble beginnings, ZENZELENI is today proud of its achievements in attaining and maintaining high quality standards. Patterns are refined and computerized on sophisticated computer aided marking equipment. Fabrics are carefully inspected for faults, and sewing operations are inspected by on line quality checks as well as consignment inspections by SABS inspectors.

While ZENZELENI's survival is dependant on its commercial viability it has adopted a set of standards for itself which are consistent with SACTWU's vision of the South African Clothing industry viz. raw materials should be locally sourced where possible, good workmanship should be guaranteed and the product should be "Globally" competitive.
